Senior Property Inspector

Job Description
The Senior Property Inspector is responsible for overseeing and conducting property inspections to assess the condition, safety, and compliance of properties. They work closely with property owners, tenants, and other stakeholders to ensure that properties meet established standards and regulations. The Senior Property Inspector may also supervise a team of property inspectors and provide guidance and support to ensure accurate and thorough inspections.
Qualifications and Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in architecture, engineering, construction management, or a related field (preferred).
• Proven experience in property inspection, preferably in a supervisory or senior role.
• In-depth knowledge of building codes, regulations, and property standards.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify defects, hazards, and non-compliance issues.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in using property inspection software and tools.
• Ability to effectively manage a team and provide guidance and support.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to various properties for inspections.
• Willing to relocate
